At my age it is day to day, not sure why i’m still going

I tend to live in the past because the moment and the future look pretty bleak. Unfortunately the past wasn’t always so great either. I’ll try to live in the moment this weekend because I’ll see my family then.:gift: I turn 50 soon.

I totally live in the moment. My future is too vague and my past is long gone. One day at a time

I think I live a bit in the past but mostly in the present, since I cannot imagine futures for myself.

The past is unchangeable. The future is unknowable. I choose to live in the moment. Calm and still, in the now. That is where the power is.

I don’t dwell on the past everyone i meet can’t believe how positive iam Yes SZ is a terrible condition but iam in recovery have been for past 8 + years.I live day to day always looking forward as my late Dad used to say ‘Theirs Always Someone Worse Off In The World Son’

Living in the past is something terrible to do so they say. Living in the present is the best. Living in the future ain’t too bad either.
