I don’t know I feel catatonic sometimes. Sometimes I can’t speak whatsoever. I have trouble holding myself together for any amount of time.

I’ve thought that I’ve been catatonic before. It’s hard to move. You just freeze up.

I’ve seen people with catatonic schizophrenia in the hospital a few times. It’s kind of hard to witness.

I don’t know if this is catatonic, but I didn’t move sometimes for a couple days at a time. It wasn’t that my mind was blank, it was that I entered into a deep meditation. I wanted to focus on the images and visions of my mind.

If its catatonia it get rapidly relived soon after taking benzodiazepines like lorazepam (ativan). If it have no affect then its likely not catatonia.

I knew a woman with catatonic schizophrenia when I was hospitalized.

I am mostly mixed of symptoms,I have mainly met people with depression.The only schizophrenic I met is a girl,she heard voices.Btw,the newest DSM had removed all the subtype

Me, early on. I would shut down.

I’ve seen sufferers, It’s not good, I wish all the sufferers relief.

I can hardly imagine what it would be like. It scares me. Locked in that hallucinatory delusional hell with no escape, unable to move.
