Do you have some interests? For many years I feel that nothing is interesting for me. Just nothing.

My interests included studying before sz but since sz my main interest has been gaming and upgrading my gaming pc.

Well, going to the gym and perhaps the gun firing range, church, politics, watching the news, talking to friends, mostly stuff I shouldn’t discuss here.

I love reading. For a while I couldn’t read because of being not well
But now I’m able read after 4 pm
I like walking but don’t do as much as used to

For many years I used to play video games, but I now I have lost interests completely. Video games just make me nervous and I don’t enjoy playing.

Sorry to hear that. Same happened to me with reading books. I can’t focus on reading books anymore.
What about watching movies/shows or music? I still enjoy those.

I can’t watch any movie more than 2-3 minutes. Music may sometimes be enjoyable. I like Seputura, Soulfly, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Anthrax etc. Generally speaking I am metal head.

For me caffeine helps me in focusing a bit more. I take 2x 200mg caffeine pillls/day but you can also drink 4 cups of coffee a day instead its also 400mg/day. Maybe try caffeine. I can’t exercise but I heard that exercise can increase focus. Also make sure you get enough quality sleep.

Yes. The only thing that helps me to focus better and even improves mood is drinking coffee.

All kinds: Photography, cooking, writing, walking, kitties, amateur broadcasting, archery, flying kites, writing, playing keyboards and keytar, reading, bad movies, making fancy coffees and teas, suspensful TV shows, music, and electronics. Just off the top of my head.

Too many fun things to do and not enough time to do them in.
