I’m only 43. But I guess it’ll happen sooner or later .
Any advice on good arthritis relief if y’all know. I have been looking but it just seems all the same. I’m a little overweight. My exercise is keep moving around throughout the day.
Losing weight eases arthritis in knees. Does your health plan cover free physical therapy? I have arthritis in my lower back and it used to hurt but after 23 sessions of physical therapy I’m pain free.
@roxanna , I’m also overweight and the same age. If you have anxiety while being outside you can invest in a decent exercise bike. They sale them on Amazon.
Take care.
I have to call my pdoc center. Just wanted to ease the pain.
I have some pain in my right knee often as well. Bizarrely enough, its mostly when I wake up. The pain is actually relieved as I walk on it. You would think it would been when you put pressure on it. IDK.
Edit: Btw, they said nothing was wrong on xray, but whatever.
With the years of hard labour landscaping I doubt my knees appreciated that!
All the people I ever worked for had back surgery etc
I followed a free course on the topic recently. I’d would highly recommend you following it.
It only takes a couple of hours.
Hello, I thought you’d love this online course, Taking Control of Your Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis from The University of Melbourne on FutureLearn:
In the course they say that you don’t need X-Rays to be diagnosed with osteoarthritis @Bowens
They say interesting things like that the amount of pain is unrelated to the physical structure. Some people have high level of deformities in their knees for example and no pain. Others show nothing on X-Rays and have a lot of pain.
The course offers an interesting perspective on pain and how to manage it. And you get a free badge at the end!
Thanks y’all. I will watch that video.
cbd oil on the knee should cure the pain.
