Welcome to the forum.
Iām not comfortable around other people and it can exhaust me but I go out daily because of my dog.
I spend most of my time at home in bed where itās warm and comfortable.
Iām not comfortable around people, either, but I have to fake it for my job. At least itās 5 hours a week.
If I didnāt have kids. Iād stay in bed, too.
I go out everyday, hiking, yoga studio, doctors, physical therapy, friends house, group therapy
I go out quite a lot. I donāt like being in the house too much. So 5 days per week I go for a walk then a bus ride
I am out to work for the moment 8am - 4pm
Then usually I go for a beer at my parents as theyāre home at the moment due to Covid still, so at 5pm is beer oāclock.
If I donāt do that, I am now allowed at the gym. I got there for 6pm if not doing beer oāclock.
Repeat that Monday to Friday.
Saturday. 8am swimming, 9am Shopping, 10am see nan and rest of day chores at home and resting.
Sunday. Cook breakfast for parents at home, then walk with them and their dog between 9am-10:30am, gym for a swim at 12:30pm, nap 1:30pm to 5pm, 5pm dinner at folks
Repeat.
I am feeling a bit tired these days, so not sure how long I can keep this up.
My psychologist is taking the credit for stopping me spending all my time in bed, but I think itās the medicine that has helped recently.
I go for walks a couple times a week. Do groceries shopping once or twice a week. Once a week I catch up with my sister at a restaurant. Once every 3 weeks I go to my pdoc. Thatās about how much I get out.
I go out more now as the lockdown has eased and did go back to work as well, now I just do walks since leaving job
I go out once a week to get my mail and once a month to go to the pdoc and do grocery shopping. This month has been an exception since I broke my ankle and tooth.
Oh so in the end you decided to leave that job?
Howās the job hunt going?
I left without leavingā¦ i donāt get paid sick or holisay pay but i can still be in the contract for up to a year i thinkā¦ i had to take another mental health break which means a real break to focus on health and not spend hours looking for a job ā¦
I donāt go out much - mostly for shopping or going to bookshops or taking my husband to bank, or (rarely) to his family. And occasionally a walk to flea market.
I love being at home itās my comfort zone
Since I quit my job, I havenāt left the house once (last Sunday) ā other than to walk my dog. iām fine with that, since I donāt have much money and when I go to the store or something, I end up spending more than I should. Anyways, yeah, I rarely leave the property of my house.
Thanks Iām happy to be here.
Not as much as I should but itās really hot weather here.
Most of the weeks I just go out once a week. To get my money and buy something to drink and tobacco and stuff.
