I just go a mile to my psychiatric care provider, maybe twice a week. I have groceries delivered.
I haven’t been in public since I got home from the hospital in September. I’ve been for a few rides down the coast and through downtown area though. I’m living with my parents so they do the shopping.
I go out 5 times a week for swimming. Now that lockdown is over. Well this is my plan.
I rarely leave the house. I leave for sure once every two weeks for my depot.
I go out for walks in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening every day. I mostly stick to our walking paths and steer clear of others. Currently on a mission to try and photograph every Christmas light display in town before December 25th and think I may have bitten off more than I can chew. Will do my best, though.
I don’t go in stores often. Risked it today because the siren call of the cheese counter grew too strong to resist. We were at Walmart at 8:00 am when it opened and there were very few others shopping. Very easy to distance.
I go out very rarely. A few times a year.
I try to get out every day. With this COVID-19 I usually just go to the park or drive-thru restaurants. Funny enough, I’m always going to CVS because I get coupons all the time.
Only when it’s absolutely necessary and I have no choice.
I go to outpatient once a week but probably if I didn’t have to help my grandmother I could go out every day.
It is not a big problem anymore for me after starting antipsychotics.
I rarely leave the house, even more so with Covid around.
I basically go with my father to the medical center every 3 weeks.
I go out several times a week but i never really go very far. Most of the places i go are pretty close.
I have no reservations about leaving the house anymore.
I do it freely and at will
I basically don’t unless I have some kind of appointment.
I used to walk my dog a couple of times a day – which helped get me out of the house. Now that he passed, I rarely leave the house. Only step out to get the mail or a package. I haven’t been to a grocery store in like a year. My folks do the shopping.
I leave about 2 times a week for fun. And about 4 for work
I rarely leave the house. Maybe three times a month. Twice for groceries and once for my depot shot. My paranoia keeps me inside. It also keeps my from posting regularly on here too. I wish I could post more. I am really trying to get over my fear of going out because I really like to drive. I pay enough for car insurance and feel like I should be using my car more.
I wish I could leave the house everday. Do you have your own car that you drive?
Mon-Fri I go to work during the day
Saturdays I go to the gym at 8am, shopping at 9am, see my nan at 9:30am and then get home for about 11am and chill for the rest of the day at home.
Sundays I have breakfast with my parents, and then go to the gym after, then home for a few hours to rest, and back to parents at 5 for dinner.
That’s a massive improvement for me, and it has taken years for me to ‘reset’ and start adding things back into my life.
no i don’t, i borrow dads car when i go to town.
