At the moment I can’t because of my grandmother but my physical energy is good and on APs I don’t feel bad around people.

I leave the house if I need to. I walk for 1.5 to 2.5 hours per day right now, mostly around town. I work from home during the day.

Not really. Im bad right now. My hubby is off this week so we will run a few errands. I mostly go out when I feel forced or pushed. Like to shop for some groceries or essential errand or mom stuff or give a ride or an appointment. I’m setting a bad example for my kids because I am inside or sitting a lot but at the same time I don’t really care about anything, secretly deep down.

My nurse wants me to walk with my husband every day, that will motivate me. He said he wants to.

It’s an awful feeling. It’s hard. But you will get through this. Be kind to yourself. Do something, anything nice for yourself. I keep reading tips for motivation on here and ask for help and that gives me hope. Some people figure it out somewhat eventually.

Not really. I go out for a half hour or more twice a week.

Not really. I’m disabled and I can’t walk very far.

im like that i cant walk much

I am a homebody.:two_hearts:

I like it that way.

I go out to wee my dog four times a day but it’s only for two minutes as he refuses to walk.

I go out three times a week to walk my brothers dogs.

I go out once a fortnight to do grocery shopping and I volunteer work once a fortnight and buy from a church pantry once a fortnight.

I visit my horse every week unless it’s raining.

That’s about it for me.

I spend most of my time almost all my time in bed.
That’s where I feel most comfortable.

No, I stay in mostly. I get out for pdoc appointments and to pick up meds and things like that.

only ladies here

I don’t get out of my room much at all. I go to day treatment, where I keep to myself. I’ve kind of given up on social interaction.

I love my volunteering at the cricket club. It gets me out of the house every week. It gives me something to do without the stress of a real job. It’s rewarding and it’s hard work but that is an end in itself.

With covid I tried to at least go for a jog or a ride everyday. I did pretty well with that just getting out of the house and around the block.

It really helps me get out of my comfort zone and I think that is a good thing.

İ have no any anxiety or problem for socializing or going out since i m on medication.before that i was barely going outside or work.horrible times.

At the best of times I go out infrequently. Since March my stepdaughter and a granddaughter have taken me several times for health related appointments . Apart from that I’ve gone the 40 yards or so to put the rubbish out a couple of times a week.

With Covid I basically just go to my fathers medical center with my dad every 3 weeks.

Depends. Often im active and like to go out every day. Now i dont.
