Do you get random phrases replaying in your head?

This happens to me a lot. Some examples are if I’m in a place that has music on, and I leave it, the last bit I heard repeats and repeats in my head.

Sometimes it’s weirder though. Like a random phrase someone has said, or a random string of sounds I heard. Occasionally I’ll get a completely random phrase in my head for no reason. I can think over it, but it will continue repeating over and over for quite some time. Usually when this happens though I can feel myself going a bit catatonic.

This happen to anyone else? :confused:

yeah exactly me too. Some phrases are stuck for years now.

Yes I get this too. Sometimes it’s an old addage, sometimes a line from a song, something someone said or sometimes it’s just random words.
