When I was hearing voices often I’d have physical odd symptoms, that came and went. Please list a few that you have/had.
A few of mine were -
- Spacing out/loosing track of time
- lost of appetite
- thirst
- muscle spasms
- hard thumping in my heart
- pressure in my nose
- feet swelled
- weird vibrations in my head and feet
- tingling in head
I notice these things disappear when the voice do-
