I come from an extremely loud, opinionated, politically conservative family. And it seems like everybody in my state agrees with them. My wife and I know better than to get into it with them. I’m from the USA.

Me and my dad can’t speak to each other about politics without it devolving into a fight.
It got so bad, for a while, he was exclusively referring to me as "communist prick " or “Stalin” for like 3 months, because I disagreed with him about something.
So I tend to avoid the topic at home but when it does come up I don’t hide my opinions

We’ve always had heated political arguments in my family, but the anger ends when the argument ends. Of course, none of us are even close to fascism, so that helps.

I have an opinion which changes from time to time. But i don’t demand others to have the same political belief. I try to make an educated vote on election day.

I never talk about politics, I am a bolchevik leftist and I hate the right wing before schizophrenia I was on the extreme right but after seeing how society treats disabled people Ive gone to the other side. Nothing that I wanna discuss tho.

I don’t care to have political beliefs any more because I recognize that there is no political solution to the World’s problems. The World has changed dramatically technology wise since the last political philosophies were created and I think we need something like the Enlightenment to form a new political ideal on how to face the new high tech realities. However even if something like that happens there will be things that will still not be solved because they are unsolvable.

I just wish people here would understand we have a state house and senate, as well as what that means, so they could take things properly seriously.

I am unashamedly a lefty. Didn’t start off that way but my beliefs and experiences have changed my mind. However, I will not discuss anything further here.

Well I voted for the candidate on the right because I’m horrified at the thought of defunding the police. I live in the downtown of a city.
My sister was appalled by my choice, but she doesn’t live here.
The local newspaper endorsed the candidate on the right, but I guess people don’t read the paper much anymore.
I have a rental house also. The market rent should be over $2200 a month according to Zillow and my renters pay $1625. I am not taking advantage of anyone. I used to have two of them and I was losing money on the other one. So just because you’re a landlord doesn’t make you some kind of wealthy venture capitalist.
