I have these moments where I am in like some sort of a confused state of mind like everything goes too fast for me, I look around me try to listen to what someone is saying or sometimes it happens after I smoke or when I take my morning and afternoon meds (because I generally get up after 12).
I am sure most of you have this sensation but if you want to talk about it go ahead I will read your messages and even if I don’t answer don’t worry I will read !!

Safe course is stay on the meds and do what the doctors tell you. It’s all perfectly reasonable and It’s things we go through. Good your posting! You’ll find someone around here usually goes through what you do!
If your smoking nicotine that can stimulate your brain. If your smoking weed that can increase symptoms and also can induce psychosis in itself. Usual rule is avoid weed and if you can nicotine just for your health. Nicotine is good for a lot of people here with thought and anxiety.
Either way watch out for the smoking. Are you on meds and do you see a shrink? Symptom increases may need an adjustment!

I am taking meds (for a few years), the max I had per day was 19-20, I am now at 10 I think and yes I see a shrink (and another one in Bordeaux once a year).

I get confused all the time. The other day I went to the microwave instead of the fridge to get my drink. I don’t know if it is meds or not. I get lost really easy too.
