That sounds very cool. I’m afraid this broken old body just couldn’t handle it anymore though
I’ve trained in both Kempo and Hapkido, and absolutely loved it

Absolutely. You need to be able to defend yourself or those around you if a threatening situation ever arises.
I know I used to be able to fight (I was agile and strong) but I’ve regressed. I’m working on fitness though, and then weight loss should help me regain some flexibility.
