Do you eat "raw eggs" mayo?

In my opinion, raw eggs, olive oil homemade mayo is the best sauce I’ve ever tasted.

I don’t even like commercial mayo, let alone the one that they give you at BKing. I prefer to eat my fries without.

There are some awesome desserts that use raw eggs as well.

But there’s always a fear of salmonella.

Personally, I cannot say no to a good homemade mayo! What about you?

Yes raw egg is very good for raw energy.

I won’t stir them or break the yoke, just swallow it whole.

I like that kind of mayo but it’s very risky. I couldn’t give it to my kids without worrying. But yeah, it’s good. Most of the time I use plain Greek yogurt to replace mayo in dishes and it’s healthier. It’s not the same though.

I’ve used whole milk instead of eggs, when I don’t have eggs. And I agree, it’s not very tasty

@sweetpotatopie have you tried milk mayo?

I make my own from scratch. It’s so much better than the rubbish from the store.

I think I may have drank a raw egg before can’t remember.

I do like deviled eggs though. Boiled and the middle ball thing removed, cut in half and you put like mayo/mustard and paprika in them, vinegar maybe some other things can’t remember.

They are hard to eat, can only eat a few at a time, but super good

Also yeah I don’t like standard mayo. Miracle whip has much more taste :open_mouth:

@dreamer54 Are you talking about in liquid form straight out the egg shell?

Straight from the egg shell. They taste good, trust me.

Amazing protein shake. Blended. If you want, with a bit of milk.

The inside of an egg is sterile. It is the exterior you need to be concerned with. Immerse in a mild bleach solution and then rinse before using for a raw egg product and you’re safe.
