Mayonnaise hater?

According to the internet 20% of people hate the mixture of oil, vinegar and eggs.

I detest the stuff, it makes me vomit, literallly I hate just oil and vinegar mixed together in a vinagrette. Don’t ruin a salad with this stuff.

I reckon if you believe you have a fussy kid, it is because of this. So try a salad without the dressing and see if they can stand it!

Any other mayo haters out there?

I so badly want to sing mayo’s praises but I’ll just bow out.

Omg tuna sweet corn mayo is the best…

Science agrees with me.

It has the texture and look of a popped zit!

I love mayonnaise my dog! For really reals!

I don’t like how some places put it on their burgers by default though. Ketchup and Mustard should be standard, mayo should be an option.

I can take it or leave it.

I don’t like most mayonnaise, but when I make it myself with extra garlic I like it.

It’s probably a good thing you don’t like it, I don’t think it’s very healthy to eat a lot of it. Is there a condiment you prefer in place of it? How do you avoid dry sandwiches?

I hate mayonnaise.

It’s disgusting. Reminds me of something…

Most condiments have the oil and vinegar mix. I can just have the tiniest amount of ketchup.

I just use real tomatoes instead.

Is it you that has the fear of tiny holes too, like me?

That’s a fluff piece, the only justification they give for mayo being disgusting is that “it looks like a popped zit.”

Lots of food looks like bodily functions. People usually are good at telling the difference, and not letting that impact their enjoyment.

Yeah. We think alike.

Is there any food you find disgusting by any chance?

Surstromming.

Durian also.

Some people love those foods. It’s totally subjective.

I reckon it is genetic. 1/5 of people hate mayonnaise. It would be interesting to know if durian and that jellied herring would be the less, same or more.

I wonder if all taste in food is genetic. My mom said she craved and ate Mexican food when she was pregnant with me, which would make sense because I freaking love Mexican food. Nobody else in the family shares my love for it though.

That would be epigenetic, I believe.

I’m not a big fan of Mayo but I do like it in my tuna fish sandwiches.
But no it sometimes makes me feel a bit nauseous otherwise.

Oh yeah I like it in my egg salad sandwiches too.
