Hey @shutterbug I have a culinary question. I have been using vegan mayo since I found out I’m allergic to eggs. The one I use is made by Hellman’s. I’ve always used Best Foods/Hellman’s and I like the tang of their regular mayo. The tang is missing from the vegan variety. I was thinking about adding some True Lemon to make it tangy, what are your thoughts? The vegan mayo is a thinner consistency than the regular mayo so I didn’t want to add fresh lemon.

I also don’t think I have the patience to make my own mayo.

Vegan mayo is a nasty stew of weird chemicals. If you must eat it, perhaps try adding a dash of horseradish. It will give it some zip.
