I have this woman in my head, someone who I used to know - she’s playing games with me and it’s difficult for me to know what is going on when it just feels like my schizophrenia isn’t just ‘making it up’ - bleh … Anyone else feel like your thought process is controlled, manipulated, or recorded, outside the barring of psychosis?

Well that’s not psychic or telepathic or anything like that. The mind can be hostile when it goes wrong. That’s my experience anyway.
Lots of people with schizophrenia hear voices of people they know.
The voice you’re hearing isn’t connected in any way to the person you know in real life.
Make sure your psychiatrist knows about it though. They’re the only one who can help.

Well the thing about it is that back in 2005 i met a psychic online and she became EXTREMELY correspondent to my delusions and psychosis (I just can’t get rid of her no matter how hard I try) - she’s always in my head, I almost started to believe she’s dead and her spirit found mine and maybe stuck to it … ???

I used to believe in psychic telepathy. (When I was psychotic).
Yes that happens to me. Made me think they were thinking of me. They’re not though. Now I’m blocked on Facebook from ever talking to that person again. The voice is like a hologram CGI made up by your brain to alleviate boredom and loneliness. Getting some real socializing will be helpful so is immersing yourself in a task or project. The voice will quiet down or did for me with correct meds. The brain is clever and likes dopamine or feel good stuff the brain likes drugs. We do drugs and feel good stuff like addictions like alcohol or cigarettes or shopping or even exercise addiction when we are stressed. The brain knows that so tries to stress us out to get its fix. For me at least I think the brain is a lazy crackhead. I have to force it to work. It just wants to play.
