Trazodone as needed. Doc says it’s the only thing non addictive.

2 - 3 caffeine pills a day makes me really tired by the evening time, so I just fall asleep naturally.
I really don’t like taking anything for sleep.

I have also taken that for sleep or melotonin havent in awhile though may have too tonight been getting up too early and disturbing my mom and dads sleep routine
