I sleep with the hallway light on and my bedroom door open so I get a little light in the room.

I slept with the light on last night, let’s see if I need to today.

I don’t know anything about light and sleep.

i usually dont fall asleep when i want to but moreso when my energy is so depleted, sometimes i forget to turn the light off and many other things because i often dont sleep until i am depleted of enough energy that i cant fight the feeling

I had a house in the country once. When I first moved in, I slept with the lights on, for a long time. Occasionally I use a night light, if anything unusual happens.

No I can’t sleep with a light on unless it’s a red sleeping light.

I did before because I believed it helped me sleep better with a dim “night light”. But, I’m pretty sure I sleep best with no light now, except a little light from the lamp post outside seeping through in the window. I don’t want it 100% dark.

Sometimes I will sleep with my night stand light on if I wake up from a nightmare, but that hasn’t happened for a long time.

I sleep in the day so the night dare devils don’t haunt me. Lol I work in the night. So there is always light when I sleep.

Yes, often with a video playing if I’m really anxious.
