I have a habit of pinching my hair and like bending it. It laid off for a while but its back strong the past month. If im not using both hands im doing it even when im walking. The other habit is rubbing my thumb nail on my lips. I was tempted to shave my head so i can stop cause my elbow hurts and now my upper back too by my back shoulder bones. I dont wanna enjure my elbow. And hopefully my hair wont fall out in that spot. What habit do u have?

I clap when excited and the people around me gets disturbed or even scared some times, and I clap very loud, its just instantaneous.

I have bad habits. I press my lips together over and over constantly and continuously. I can’t stop it. I’ve been doing it for 55 years. I also pick at my lips until they bleed.

I picked at my lips and my mom says I pass too much gas. And i burp too much she says. I can’t help it though I’m gaseous lol

Not sure it counts…but I always want to touch things. E.g. in a shop I want to feel the things I see. Be it an apple, a dress or a vase. Also things I pass by in walking, like bushes or little walls. I run my hands over them. In relationships I also express myself best with touch. And I’ve always been hypersensitive to the feel of clothing on my skin, like labels irritating me or hating jeans for pressing the skin.
It’s a sensorily regulation thing…more than a habit…maybe.

I comfort eat.
When I’m stressed, I stress about my room being in really tidy and clean state. I obsess about the cleanliness of what I wear.
And about the cleanliness of the plastic bags I put my dishes in.

My bad habit is blowing my nose really loud. I wake people up in the morning and get yelled at all the time
