Some medication you don’t have to check with your doctor or online it should also say on the box of medication.

I always keep some Reese’s Puffs cereal nearby when I take my meds. I feel it gets absorbed better with that.

The label/online drug description should tell you when to take it and whether to take it with food. But IF your particular AP does say it can be taken with or food, perhaps it’s better to either always take it with food or never take it with food, that way your days are more consistent, and the you can find the perfect dosage more easily.

None of my meds require that i eat or not eat with my meds so i dont really pay attention. Before bedtime meds i do eat before or the meds make me feel nausested

With risperidone you don’t have to take it with food.
I take Geodon twice a day, so, yes I do.
I’m trying to eat a little something with my meds now. I think it’s better for me. It’s hard though, I’ve never been a breakfast eater.

I do intermittent fasting, so I take my sertraline and lamotrigine in the morning before eating and take abilify in the evening.
I do! I take 300mgs of effexor in the mornings! It’s hard on my intestinal health for sure!
No food for now and at night. Can’t t remember if something needs to be taken when I go back on risperdone.
