Distressed but shutting down

Spent a good week panicking and crying thenother day i had a panic attack which turned into a functional seizure and now i just feel like that ■■■■■■ up experiment where they electrocuted dogs in an enclosed room until they just laid down and took the pain

There’s a podcast that you can look up called “snooze with Sam “I would highly suggest you listen to that for a few moments today. Very relaxing. Just do it it will relax your mind

learn to unplug the fear associated with panic…divert your mind immediately to a happier time or place in your mind…very happy moment…concentrate on that and the panic will subside…practice slow breathing in and out too. focus on something in the palm of your hand or fist…like a stone, or crystal.
