This is a really good article! Food is the most abused antidepressant. I will try to fast tomorrow at least till noon

I know it’s not healthy and usually happens when I’m psychotic, but I’ve gone up to 19 days without eating and it’s always made me feel sharper mentally and less depressed. But it’s been really bad for me physically except for the parasympathetic nervous system response, which is basically your adrenaline turned on 24/7 while you’re starving. Its a rush. Still, everything in moderation.
Your mood should just always be okay. If you really have to pay attention to your diet, I think that might be a bit exaggerated.
But on the other side. If it helps. Why not?
