Sz. I lean more to sza with bipolar tendencies but my doctor doesn’t believe that it exists so…

Yep I don’t have sz but scztypal and bp1 and had no ability to do most things when I had my break down and slowly stopped caring about just about everything. Everyone was covering for me at work. Depressed episode later turned into mixed type.
No my sza started with severe anxiety and occasionally voices (i didn’t understand much about that though until later). That was in 1998
Then around 2000 or so I started getting depression and hypomania
Then in 2002 I had my breakdown
