I would stay up til 4 am and then go to school at 730 am. Then take a nap when I got home. I hated school and didn’t want to go to bed. But I was a zombie in high school. Should’ve been a warning sign…my sleep habits.

I was in the high school in the early 80s, I do not remember if I slept, but then there was no Internet, maybe I slept ok.

I definitely got a power nap in during study halls. I took a study hall just for the sole sake of sleeping. I couldn’t actually finish any homework in that hour, just fell asleep instantly.
I slept during class.

i spent my whole time looking out the window…in many schools…i even got 'asked ’ ( my parents ) to leave a kindergarden…because i was wierd/different…

By the time I hit high school… I was crumbled… I didn’t sleep… hardly at all.
I was hyper and had to stay ever vigilant… keep the eyes open…
There was no way I could have fallen asleep around other people.
