My Google Pixel 2 XL has it since october last year but my new Xiaomi phone I bought last summer still don’t have Android 11. I read that I will receive it this summer. I can’t wait lol
Its supposed to have improved interface, be faster and more secure. Animations are much smoother on my Android 11 Pixel 2 phone, the phone is also faster a bit.
My android phone is so old I have no idea what version it is but you can take the back off and put a new battery in really easily which I did recently
I’m still on Android 8. I feel like Rip Van Winkle LOL
Yea, sadly you cant do that with new phones. My latest battery removable phone was the LG G5.
Its fine as long as apps still work. Some updated apps dont work with old Android versions I think.
I’ve been lucky so far, but yeah, it’s time for me to upgrade
I never know what version of Droid I’m running, I just apply updates as they appear and then get annoyed when stuff moves around. Pretty bad for a former pro tech.
Update: My Samsung S10 has A11. Don’t ask me how long it’s been on there. No clue!
Samsung s10 here too. I always find them annoying - cos it always loses the E-sim information everytime i get an update and puts the wobbles on the linked Galaxy watch 3 of mine.
I have xiaomi too. Still on Android 10.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and if memory serves me correctly, my smartphone received Android 11 around the beginning of February.
