I had a good day……I got to hang out with my roommate.

I didn’t do anything today. It’s been quite a while since I had a routine activity. I wish I didn’t need the antipsychotic to be able to do something.

My day was okay. I went to rehab this morning and came home after lunch. Since then I’ve been puttering around on the internet. No major happenings to rock the boat.

I had a pretty good day. I got up two hours earlier than usual to get a filling put in at the dentist. That went well. The weather is just gorgeous after a very long winter.

I had a great day. I think I healed a little brain damage. Well see if I can hold on to this improvement. All day I felt empowered in that I was planning my comeback. I’m getting that capacity test if this keeps up. Very soon

Taxes are filed for another year and we get a modest amount back. I am now drinking root beer and listening to music on Youtube.

Do you have a recovery journal? I used it to track my score on times for doing math sheets and using brain training apps. I was able to chart improvement over time. The improvement was so slow I wouldn’t have realized if I hadn’t been tracking it.

I’m not tracking anything but I can tell that I’m improving. I don’t know how I would keep a journal.

Could just be confirmation bias. Seriously, get a journal going and keep track. This is the number one thing you post about so why not do it right?

Get a free account at a site like this:

Generate math worksheets. Time yourself doing different worksheets of the same skill level. You should see improvement over time. Log what you did, when you did it, and how long it took for each day in your journal. Just something to start with.

Keep searching until you find free sites. Also, a suggestion here: Why not ask your sister or sisters if she/they can print some for you so you can do one a night? You’re not going to look bad in front of them for taking active steps to improve your mental health.
