Doc said I should start a journal. I am terrible with pen and paper so got an app on my iPhone.
It tracks mood and anxiety. I added paranoia and brain fog as categories as well
It then tracks activities you did that day and links it to the moods.
You can set goals etc and breakdown the stats. It sends reminders to fill in your days. Is password protected and has cloud backup.
I really like it so far. On a weeks free trial then 9 bucks a year which I think is fair
