Well, I actually have trouble figuring out what is due to sz and what is due to my own thoughts, but before I got on meds that worked, I would feel compelled to say or do, especially say things. It was like someone was shouting at me “Say it, say it, SAY IT” until I did so.

I felt compelled to be strapped to a table face down by chains so I couldn’t move for 5 hours over a misunderstanding in a psyche ward.

I sometimes feel compelled to drive over helpless creatures like caterpillars, gophers, mice, frogs. Then I feel a moment of elation followed by regret.
