When you are psychotic do these things “talk” to you?

Yes. It was amusing at first, but then my head pressure got bad and it became stressful. Now I don’t listen to live TV or radio, or even go out much anymore because of that.

For me it was the fans on the computer i was hearing stuff off. So i would permanently have headphones on with piano and cello music 24/7.
The meds soon sorted it tho.

Ideas/frames of reference. Positive symptom that is common and feeds your delusional framework.
Take the pills. They help positives for most folk.

Yes, all those, and books, karaoke screens, posters, coffee mugs, t shirts, bill boards, etc…
When I was off meds, different songs had very profound meaning to me. Even songs that were just 80’s pop were full of personal messages.
