I exercised on the indoor rower.

I have a meeting with a certain “healer” for my schizophrenia and a religious lesson.

I love to exercise too. I dont do it as often as i should.
I just practiced my digital piano for an hour. I talked to my friend on the phone. And now, it’s time for my yoga. I already did my mantra meditation, and for a whole hour!!

I woke up at 5 am and went to ride my bicycle, the sun was rising.
I hope I have the same motivation like yours.
As I can read your current activities have helped you a lot.
Exercising is good for your mind too. Maybe one day you’ll run a marathon.

did my yoga after eons. i yoga
I went for a jog around the park, did some lunges, squats and of course started all that off with a stretch … I love ️ Excercising outside, the wind, the sound of nature, and if I can find water nearby it’s a PLUS I have a gym membership but only go for a tan or group fitness, yoga, Pilates, aerobics,etc; sometimes the hardest part for me just getting started… I have to force myself … but once I get started then
I can’t stop .::
