i hate job interviews

I kind of enjoy them, getting to go own about myself and how great i am and how much better some company could be with my skill set. Its the narcissist in me i guess! Lol. I enjoy dressing up also, i dont get to wear my suits much anymore so i enjoy the occasion to break them out. I owned a company for 10+ years and i hated giving interviews. And being ive only worked 2 other jobs besides owning the company, i havent been on a terrible amount of interviews, but i have been offered the job after every interview except for one. Hope it gets better for you, just be confident bordering on almost cocky, without being disrespectful or rude.
