Did good 😊 at the doctor

Went to the doctor and didn’t suffer as much as usual. Still couldn’t make eye contact or be fl ery social but it wasn’t full of anxiety.

When I did make eye contact it was obvious that I was acting weird and the people seemed a little weirded out but I’m kinda proud of myself for going.

They said my chest pains probably aren’t heart relate which is a relief…so it time to stop vaping!

Starts today. I ordered nicotine pouches and I’m gonna try to just use them. Hope I do succeed :pray:t5:

Also .I told my therapist about the AI therapy lol

True dude best of luck. Careful with the pouches too tho. It’s easy to find yourself using them 24 hours kinda happened to me. Not to discourage it maybe they’re healthier idk.

Yea…I just found out last night that they can burn your mouth too… I’m just gonna try to use them to get off of vape then go to gum and hopefully stop all together.

This nicotine dependency tricks you into thinking you need it but it’s really the worst

Did you visit your pdoc, or like GP/family doctor? I haven’t seen my GP in years :grimacing: I’m scared to go…I know I have physical health problems

Yea you get used to it tho. It’s like smoking. You get used to the smoke after a while. They do cause micro tears in your gums tho
