Hi, I currently take 80mg of Latuda. It is not enough because I still feel like people can telepathically communicate. On the bright side, it has made my hallucinations quieter but they now come to me as quickly as I think but silently! Did a higher dose of Latuda improve schizophrenia for you and how? Thought I’d respond because no one has yet. No im not on latuda but Yes a higher dose made all the difference. I went to bed hearing accordian music, took the higher dose for the first time and woke up without hearing anything. That was the last day I had any visual or audible hallucinations.

Yes my voices got better when I upped the dose to 160

With abilify, as I increased the dose I got better

It worked for a little while and then stopped. The voices come around every once in a while. 80mg was too strong because I couldn’t concentrate. I would doze off in the middle of the day.
I also find Latuda sedative but I was advised to take it before I go to sleep!
