I told my nurse practitioner I have depression almost every night and she said it’s my bpd and I have to talk to my therapist about it we’re in the stage of let’s see what works at times caffeine in the evening works so I’m trying that last evening I still have a little depression after my energy drink so I smoked some cbd… bad idea my mood plummeted to the point I was crying so I’m not sure I can smoke cbd anymore even though it has worked in the past
I’ve got a bunch of worksheets if caffeine doesn’t help but I’m saving them
I’m trying keto again since it’s worked in the past but keto is hard around my mom (yes we’re living with her again) she doesn’t cook much and buys me way to much fast food so I’m going to have to try to resist
Found out I can’t stand apartment living because I have to many hallucinations I feel awful every even and this morning I feel a little blah so I might have an energy drink and have coffee this evening I’ve also been drinking more water

Unfortunately the only thing that helps me usually with borderline personality disorder is keto and we all know that’s a hard diet… I’m making taco salad later today and my husband wants spaghetti soon so I picked up some zucchini noodles for myself
It’s okay I only have one bald spot so far and it’s growing back I also got collagen shampoo and don’t use conditioner… I have really short hair now but the bald spot was easy to cover thankfully
I had depression and paranoia and sometimes it got worse before bed. Especially trying to sleep with all that! What helped me was a med adjustment that I’m currently doing. I hope you feel better @Twialine that’s rough to deal with.
