Last night I came in from outside and I saw a yellow jacket slip past me and go in the house, then I saw him coming at me and felt him land on my head. I completely freaked out and went to my husband. I said I know this is a hallucination but you have to come and convince me he’s not on my head. My husband very patiently patted over my head with his hands and then just held me till I calmed down. I don’t know if that’s a delusion or a hallucination, either way I could logic out that it wasn’t really happening, but I was still terrified. It’s an interesting dichotomy.
@far_cry0 have you tried sarcosine or NAC?
When I have delusions I kind of know they are delusions but at the same time I believe they are real and not a figment of my imagination. When I get thoughts placed into my head I don’t believe they are mine. I know its a delusion but I also deny its one. Kind of a paradox really!
