Delta tones or Binaural beats for sleep quality

Has anyone tried audible tones to help improve sleep quality?
I take Zyprexa and require more sleep than I did before taking it. I dream way more and sleep lighter now than I used to, so thinking I am not getting as much deep sleep. Wondering if delta waves would help the brain get into that state and result in more restorative sleep?

When I was doing a search for attention span this morning, because of another topic on this forum, I came across these asmr vidoes. Never heard of them before. But I viewed a few and found them to be relaxing and they made me sleepy. I am going to try them before bedtime tonight and see if they help me sleep.

That is a good idea, I will try that too. I have heard of asmr but have not tried, yet!

I didn’t know a fit bit can do all that, @Xlnc1. Sounds like a fit bit will tell the tale for sure and won’t have to speculate any longer!
