I get this all the time anyone else?

I never get it. I’ve only had it about 5 times in my life.

I used to, big-time, before I was medicated.

My reasoning was “Oh, I remember this… I must be on the right life-path.”

Deja vu is unsettling, and I rarely get it these days.

I used to get this during my pre AP days.

I don’t get it much but more often I get jamais vu - which is opposite - a feeling of the familiar being unfamiliar

The other day I was with my husband chatting on bed and suddenly felt like he was a stranger. If I concentrate too hard at loved ones i get this feeling they are strangers

My husband gets deja vus almost every day - he has temporal lobe epilepsy and it’s the way his auras manifest

Yes when unmedicated.

I get Deja vu quite a bit. Something weird is that I also get the feeling that I know the future when I get Deja vu. So I feel like I’m doing something I’ve done before and also that I know what will happen in the future (and usually this future thing is something terrible). These future premonitions have never come true though.

Seems like when I get that I feel like I got it over and over deja vu over and over at the same moment in time. I don’t know, it feels like a very real thing to me
