Have you ever had a deja vu

And felt like something horrible was going to happen in the future? I recently had a deja vu and during it i felt as if something terrible is going to happen to me in the near future

I get that about once every 6 months. Nothing bad happens.

Not deja vu bit a terrible nightmare last night.

I knew I was going to die soon.

I had heart problems.

My dad did an operation on me, taping up a hole in my heart.

Later on 2 weeks later, the tape came off and my blood was simmering in my heart and coming out… I could feel I was very close to death.

I started telling family I would die.

Then I woke up… So relieved.

Into my late thirties and middle forties. I found this to be common. I’d have recollection of a moment in time. That had occurred sometime in time. How do I Tripping over the. Time zone. I am lucky it hasn’t happened for at least 2 years now. Maybe it’s telling me I don’t have a future I don’t know.

I used to get deja vu’s a lot. They can be pretty trippy. I don’t think I’ve ever had any that were negative in nature though.

I did used to think I was going to die young but I think it was more of a delusion.

None of my ā€œpremonitionsā€ have ever come true.

I had deja vu’s when I was psychotic. Then I thought I could predict the future. A future which never came true. So I disregarded it by just understanding it’s a trick of the brain.

I get the feeling of having a de ja but but then I realize it was probably from a dream. My dreams do come to pass at times.

Seems like this same question and the same situation has been asked before.

Jk!

Yes! It really messes with my noggin too. Miss an AP dose and it can pop up more frequently in my experience.

It’s a horrible dream!

Speaking of Dreams sometimes I’ll have a dream of a future and then I’ll live through it but it’ll be slightly different than what I dreamed I know that sounds crazy but I will remember oh yeah I dreamed this

I’ve had several deja vus. They make me think I’m on the right track. Don’t ask me how I came up with that!

Wow I wonder if that’s just a coincidence…

I know someone who had spiritual ideas about dreams. Anyway I can’t elaborate. It’s quite strange.

I have the same. Dreams are for some people a form of intelligence and like our rational brain can be right (or wrong) at times imo.

I get it,

Often,

I did a study on it,

its just brain information processing chemicals flowing in to memory part of the brain.

Its something like that

forgot entierly how it actual works :weary:

Yes. And all was fine after.

Too often and it seems to be caused by distress.

It bothers me more because I have a certain theory about the universe and it plays into that theory when it happens.

I try to reason it away but every time it happens it just seems to reinforce that belief/theory.

Hopefully its just a processing issue in the brain…

But at a rare point I’ve experienced time slowing down dramatically but it was extremely distressing feeling behind that. It lasted only like a second.

I feel like bad things are going to happen anyway, so doesn’t mean anything?

Idk… Hard to argue against that feeling with world trends and my environment.

Not since Neo and Smith cancelled each other out at the end of Matrix III.
