Decline of Negatives

Caplyta has helped mine significantly.

Yeah the start wasn’t great but he’s got some good things to say.

Didn’t help everyone but I think it’s profound this approach for a lot of us. Thankyou.

I am not cool on the interviewer per se but Palmer’s approach really works I can say!

How long can this keto be done for?

Any side effects or health risks?

Long term is interesting. It really is but it’s not a bad ride.

So important to keep up fibre in your diet if your doing keto. So a carb manager you can do on your phone or whatever and track your food input to a good level. Keep an eye on things and keep your body functional.

The thing is that it works for some. As too long term we are not there yet but honestly that is the history of psych meds too so it’s yet to be seen.

It works for some and it works amazing for some so it’s worth a look.

It’s hard to get into but worked for me as I’ve an interest in eating good and enjoying food but there’s some hacks you can do.

My psychiatrist recommended this guy and I got on it and the improvement for positives and negatives has been profound.

It’s worth a look.

I love eating fats

Do you eat vegetables

All I would mostly concentrate on would be cutting out the carbs

Sounds pretty simple

Keep up the fibre helps your digestion especially if your doing the fat.

Some simple hacks. Mct Coconut oil is just fat so it helps taking a tablespoon per meal and seems reasonable. You can do simple Carb Manager on your phone app and it does the important thing of keeping up fibre but you do your macro’s well.

You can adjust things and dial it in pretty well.

Simple things like avoiding sugar really do work and carbs just become another story… It’s not that hard and you can eat well…but I would say…

Ramp up your exercise! You need to burn the fat to get into ketosis. You really do well adding exercise so do that as well.

I have high cholesterol and am on max dose of Atorvastatin because my body makes too much cholesterol from fat.

It seems like all that fat would seriously raise my cholesterol levels

Yeah always talk to your doctor but you can still do healthy fat…not sure on the metabolic process involved but I’m on statins as well so you need to sort that all out.

It’s not worth it if it’ll affect you badly so you need to talk to your gp before any diet .

i wish i could do keto but my body just hates it. i did it for 2 or 3 months. and found my blood sugar wouldnt even get above 72 after eating. and was like 65 in the morning. when i would get out of bed in the morning my heart rate would immediately jump to like 145 BPM. and i had no energy. probably from the low blood sugar i had.

Yeah it’s no dramas but for the rest of the community it’s worth the effort. Most just bail because it’s hard but honestly if you like cooking I’ve found it easy. It really just is something you do and it’s not so bad. Just avoid that sugar for sure.

If you get 10 % that do well with it then I think that is a positive outcome and the outcomes are good!
