I read carbs are good for menopausal women whole grain bread
Potatoes all good. Of course it’s moderation but we need energy and you might get sugar cravings

I have PCOS, too so I’m with you there friend!!! I have a low carb diet, so I understand where you are coming from. If you want any low carb ideas I will be more than happy to send you some.

i guess so! sounds really good to me either way haha

I thought carbs were fine…as long as it’s not junk food carbs. In moderation everything is ok.
