We’ve had at least 5 calls, probably all robocalls, that I can clearly see called “potential spam” as the caller ID. For one day out of the year we get a break and it’s back to the everyday nuisance of these people, and I’m angry again. It was just Happy Holiday, singular noun.

I recommend not having a landline and only a celli. I get very few telemarketers.

Oh wait a pain they are! I get 6 calls / texts a day at times from pay-day loan companys with APR% in the 1000’s. I must have about 50 numbers blocked on my cell by now.
That will teach me to put my mobile number on the internet.
Cheeky sods even called christmas day.

We don’t answer our landline, just have it so the kids can call us if we’re both out of the house. My kids are in their teens with no cells. We get 30+ telemarketers or synchronicity carecredit/toysrus credit card calls a day. We pay them every month, but they’ve decided that they want full amount now, period. We looked them up, they do this to anybody they can, that’s why we won’t get an Amazon card with them. They’re a horrible bank.
The US passed a law that scam numbers can’t spoof anymore, I haven’t had a chinese language call or a car warranty call since then, been 2 weeks now. Got 6 or more a day per cell number of those. And they’d spoil my kids school numbers son of course I had to answer, my kids could be hurt or in trouble, like I’m not gonna answer. Hell, the blizzard of SD earlier this year I was waiting for my stepdad to get home safe, they used my mom’s number at 3am to call me! Not cool!
