Day 1 of being smoke-free is going well

So far, anyway. It’s been 18 hours since my last smoke. I’ve used 5 pieces of nicotine gum so far today; I woke up 10 hours ago, so pretty good at a rate of 2 hours/piece. Feeling good about this. Yeah, I’d still like to be smoking right now, but nonetheless I’m feeling good about quitting, need to do this.

Yay!!! I quit smoking cold-turkey when I was 21 (started at 15). I am 48 now. One of the best decisions I have ever made. You got this!

I’m very sorry you tasted it.

It never go away now until you get your new body.

I hope you win the fight for the most part but once a child have sugar they never stop wanting it.

But when we get new body then we never taste the impure thing again. We be much perfection.

After a bit dem spirit just take all impure material and put away and no one ever go near dem places again. Day no need dose tings.
