I quit 4 months ago but had a connection which I paid $20.00 for 200 cigarettes. There was no way I could afford to purchase store-bought smokes.
As outrageous as it is, it is probably better for your health. I hate to sound pollyannish, but it is a silver lining on the dark cloud.

Cigs are so taxed out here and yes. The cigs have gotten narrower but a pack of 20’s is like $40 Aussie these days. Someone will correct me as I’ve not bought cigs for ten plus years.
It’s a nasty chemical anyways and as a horribly addicted nicotine addict it was good to let go. I got off with medical help so talk to your doc.
America has the best tobacco. Something about soil and climate.
It cost the NHS to much money treating people with smoking related conditions so they want to stop people smoking. I’ve smoked since I was 14 but then everybody did it then.
I quit cigarettes about 4 months ago, as I was basically paying $10 per pack. Unfortunately, I am still addicted to vaping, but it is a lot cheaper.
Here in Denmark you can buy one packet of high quality cigarets for 9 US dollars. I’ve been smoking 80 cigs for the last month but because of healt concerns I’ve lowered my cig intake to 40! Prince a day and substituted the rest with Nicotine gumm.
İ prefer vaping too cheaper and doesnt smell bad i also smoke indoors and nobody notices me
In Sri Lanka at the Airport its £20 for 200 Bensons and Hedges. Real ones! Here in the UK it’s £157 for 200.
I will end up smuggling tobacco into the country
