I loved watching the Beverly Hillbillies as a kid. The critics all hated it but it was one of the most popular shows ever. The father of Max Baer (Jethro Bodiene) was a heavyweight boxer and he actually won the Heavyweight Championship of the world. Ellyn Mae was my favorite hillbilly. I wanted to fool around with her before I even knew what sex was.

You know what sucks about it…when Hollywood tried to make a movie about it…my fav show that’s in black and white was the George burns show…him and his wife were hilarious…that show was ahead of its time…
George: “OK, say goodnight Gracie”.
Gracie: “Good night Gracie”.
