What I canāt wait for is elderberries. I make a flu med from it. Just basically an elixir, but elderberry has been proven to help flu as good as theraflu.

This tea you speak of sounds good @Loke
I just learned. dandelion comes from the french dent-de-lion which is the lionās tooth. it is a carotenoid. eatable too.
Are you a fellow linguist? I love etymology
Does this taste similar to chrysanthimam tea?
i love etymology too. i speak portuguese and english, i understand italian, french, spanish, and german. i have a good one: do you know the origin of the word romance? maybe you do. i just found out the other day. it comes from this bit: In the old city of Rome story tellers sold written tales which spread and gained notoroiety. they were called romances, tales sold at Rome.
Do you mean just the yellow part of the dandelion?
Sounds nice Loke. Iām happy for you.
I myself drink ginger tea.
Not homemade though, unfortunately
My goodnesses a nurse told me these helped protect against COVID so I bought the supplement and took them with AP and started getting sick within 10 mins. Lord have mercy never again lol
Iāve never had chrysanthemum tea but dandelion tea tastes like dandelion tea. It has its own unique taste
I think it tastes like sunshine.
Dandelions are great cleansing herbs. Also the root can be chopped and boiled to make a cuppa. Dandelion root was used to substitute coffee during the last world war. It has a taste that is somewhat similar to coffee. I canāt drink coffee much because I have a ulcer, but I forgot I had some dandelion root tea lying around! Iāll drink that. Thanks for reminding me
