I have no voices telling me to throw it anyones face, no one telling me it’s poisoned, no fear of making someone angry for making it, I didn’t add to much honey, and the tempature is just right. Today my tea is perfect.

I decided to forego my cup of tea this morning. Mine is decaffeinated. I suggest you try your tea without honey-even without sugar. Enjoy the feeling that the tea is perfect. Remember, with SZ, these kinds of feelings don’t last more than a few hours.
