Daily routine.. anyone else as bored as me?

Wake up, think about dream… switch on computer - check dailymail.co.uk… watch a bit of family guy, play GTA Online, play aion, log on to forum.schizophrenia.com… troll around or play Dr. Phil , listen to music,… get tired/irritated of listening to Internet music/tv… try sleep… figure out how to get back at old gang that jamped me, realize can’t sleep… log back to forum.schizophrenia.com… Listen to music… go to sleep, then repeat. Regular routine for past 2 months now.

almost forgot… also, make sure I finish at least 1 pack of cigarettes :stuck_out_tongue:

Think after next week… I might just go back to alcohol, at least 2 bottles per day - see where it takes me from there :stuck_out_tongue: hell, am already riding on the waves

Don’t go back to alcohol. I got drunk last night for the first time since December of last year and it was an awful awful experience. Throwing up, terrible hangover. Completely ruined black Friday for me. But yeah I have a pretty mundane routine as well. I’m starting to think I’ll never be happy. Maybe it’s just the alcohol making me depressed though. I didn’t enjoy drinking at all, even when I was drunk.

been there… last time I drunk, I fell asleep right when I was starting to enjoy it… just woke to hang over.
But in truth, I wana do it for experimental reasons… wanna try drain the voices through alcohol for extended period and see if it’ll stick once I quit. Recal when I drink liquor, I rarely hear the voices - but still usually conscious of them… then they come back after the liquor wares off… so wana try it, but this time while always on liquor :smiley: Either that or starving myself till New Year

Does alcohol make the voices worse. Isn’t that one of the substances to avoid?

I have basically no routine… I just wake up, smoke, drink coffee, smoke, check forums, smoke, eat, smoke, take meds, smoke, listen to music, smoke, watch tv, smoke, do dishes or laundry, smoke, check forums, smoke, take meds, smoke, take shower, smoke, take more meds, smoke, go to bed lol

Don’t get wasted in order to have fun. Maybe you can go for a walk, go to the gym or talk to a friend. But don’t get wasted. Getting drunk isn’t a good thing.

I follow my own routine - get up, get on the computer for a couple of hours, walk the short distance to the clubhouse at 8:00 am. Sit around there until lunch. Go back and eat lunch in my room. Go back to the clubhouse and get on the computers there. On Monday and Thursday I clean the four bathrooms at the clubhouse, for which I get paid $10.00 a week. Go back to my room at 2:30 pm. Mess around there until I go to bed at 7:00 pm. Lay awake in bed for a few hours trying to go to sleep. As for the drinking, it has been almost a year since I had any alcohol. On Wednesdays we go to town and buy groceries and whatever else we need.
