Is anybody else in the same boat as me?
Just checked and I’m paying for a VPN I don’t use, audiobooks, apple TV, and probably some other bs too. All of this adds up.
Need to spend money more wisely. I recently cut down on my amazon addiction. Sometimes I would spend money on colognes on amazon.
I think receiving stuff in the post used to give me a dopamine boost.
All my bills are electric $2000, property tax $1200, cell $1000 and meds $1500

I don’t spend any money on Amazon unless I am saving money. I sometimes buy dog food, coffee, guitar equipment or anything you can imagine. I can check the price of most local stores (if they even carry the esoteric item I desire) and it’s never better and I’d have to travel to get the item.
For example: Sam’s dog food in the area is almost exactly the cost of the same bag of food plus two bottles of Nescafe decaf, which is currently $8.49 in the stores for a small bottle, no deals.
I have my budget planned out for several months in advance.

I had shopping addiction on abilify
i was much more interested in buying stuff on abilify too. but now that im off it i only spend money on nicotine pretty much
I have a shopping addiction now I think. Luckily I need the things I buy. But I get great joy from making a purchase. I don’t spend more than afford though, so maybe not.
I spent all my savings on abilify, I bought a 3k$ gaming pc, 10 vapes, gadgets, clothes, was eating out in expensive restaurants daily etc

When I was on abilify and my wife was sz and she was on abilify too, we racked up 100,000 dollars in credit debt and lost two houses in a bankruptcy. awful. we were semi stable semi delusional then…sad…miss her.
