Cooking chicken thighs from frozen - how come I haven't be poisoned?

I haven’t always had good independent skills. For many years I used to cook thicken thighs from frozen in the oven 40 minutes them plonk them in jarred curry sauce on the hob until the sauce got hot them eat (I never cooked rice as I couldn’t) with oven chips. I wonder how I never got ill? It wasn’t until later that I learned you had to cook meet from chilled.

Do you have poor coping skills?

News to me. I generally cook meat from frozen too.

Are you talking about salmonella poisioning

I’ve always cooked from frozen and never had an issue. Just make sure it is well done.

Yeah. Just as long as your chicken is not pink you’re ok.
