I think i have food poisening. If i ate lukewarm fish sticks could i get food poisening even if they were frozen before hand?

I prefer baked fish salmon steelhead type fish

Those are pre cooked usually. You put in oven to thaw from frozen but they are pre cooked. They aren’t that healthy so maybe it made your tummy sad.
